1. About these terms
This site is operated by Stellar Heels of Nairobi KE. By browsing the site or placing an order you agree to these terms together with our privacy policy.
2. Placing an order
Adding a pair to your cart is an invitation to treat, not a binding sale. A contract is formed only when we send the dispatch email. If a style sells out between your payment and our check we will contact you and refund in full.
3. Pricing and currency
Prices are shown in your selected currency and converted at a daily indicative rate. The charge on your statement is taken in the currency confirmed at checkout. We correct obvious pricing errors and will always tell you before we act on one.
4. Payment
We accept major cards and mobile money through our payment providers. Payment is taken at the time of order. Your bank may add its own conversion or international fee, which is outside our control.
5. Delivery and risk
Delivery estimates are given in good faith and may be affected by customs or courier delays. Risk passes to you on delivery. Title passes once payment has cleared in full.
6. Returns and cancellation
Your return rights are described in full on our orders and returns page. Made to order, dyed and monogrammed pairs are excluded unless faulty. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
7. Product presentation
Every style is photographed in studio with minimal retouching. Screens render colour differently, so slight variation between an image and the pair you receive is normal and is not a fault. Leather grain and crystal placement vary because the work is done by hand.
8. Care and wear
Heels are finished for occasion wear. Damage from wet conditions, rough surfaces or unsuitable storage is not a manufacturing fault. Care guidance ships with every pair and our team is happy to advise on repairs.
9. Intellectual property
All imagery, product names, designs and written content on this site belong to Stellar Heels or our licensors. You may share links to our pages. You may not copy our photography or text for commercial use without written permission.
10. Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale or submit false orders. We may suspend access where we see activity of that kind.
11. Liability
We are responsible for loss you suffer as a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms. We are not liable for indirect loss such as lost profit or missed events. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We never exclude liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya and disputes fall to the courts of Kenya. If you shop as a consumer elsewhere you keep the mandatory protections of your home country.
