1. Who we are

2. Information we collect
- Order details. Your name, delivery address, billing address, email address and phone number.
- Payment data. Card and mobile money payments are processed by our payment providers. We receive a confirmation and the last four digits only. We never store full card numbers.
- Account and preference data. Saved sizes, wishlist items, currency choice and newsletter consent.
- Technical data. Device type, browser, approximate location from your IP address and the pages you view on our site.
- Messages. Anything you send to client care, including fit notes and bridal timelines.
3. How we use your information
We use your data to process and deliver orders, handle returns and exchanges, answer your questions, prevent fraud, show prices in your local currency and send marketing only where you have asked for it. We also study anonymous traffic patterns so we can improve fit guidance and stock the sizes people actually need.
4. Legal basis for processing
We process order data because it is necessary to perform our contract with you. We process marketing data on consent, which you may withdraw at any time. We process fraud prevention and service improvement data on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a safe and reliable store.
5. Sharing your information
We share the minimum necessary with couriers, payment providers, customs authorities where a shipment requires it and the technology providers that host our site and send our email. These partners act on our instructions. We never sell your personal data.
6. Cookies and similar technology
Cookies keep your cart and wishlist working between visits, remember your currency and help us measure which pages perform well. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Essential cookies cannot be switched off because the cart and checkout depend on them.
7. How long we keep data
Order records are kept for seven years to meet tax and accounting duties. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. Client care conversations are kept for two years so we can follow up on repairs and repeat sizing.
